To begin your “Shadow Journey” will be the most powerful and rewarding decision you have ever taken.  I am stepping into 2011, in a place of acceptance of who I am right now in this moment, (having come from the depths of despair only a few short years) with anticipation of what this New Year brings for me.

My life would not be this way if I did not having the courage to begin this amazing journey, each day taking action towards healing my heart.  I thank Debbie Ford and everyone at The Ford Institute for teaching me about how your Shadow unconsciously drives your every choice, behaviour and actions.  I have now created a life that I absolutely cherish and love.  Its your turn now.
